Payment Processing
We must apologise for a delay in processing payments from registrations.
A system error has forced us to adopt a more manual approach to processing your payments, and this is slowing us down.
As such, please note the following:
- The payment deadline for residential registration is still 4th November
- We will not review any unpaid registration for cancellation until 9th November
We recommend that you email registration@confuzzled.org.uk once you have made payment.
So long as you get your payment to us by the deadline, you will not be at risk of cancellation. However, you may not see your payment marked as received until our team have had the opportunity to process it manually.
We thank you for your patience during this time – we hope to get everyone processed as soon as possible.(Note, for non-residential attendees, you will have your own deadline based on when you submitted your registration).
