Hot off the heels of our announcement about the Arden Hotel, we can also announce another accommodation option we’re bringing you for 2026!

THE PODS ARE READY!!

Yes, for those of you who were in attendance for 2025, you may have seen them being constructed very close by to the Hilton! These are essentially cabin pods, and with their proximity to our main venue, are a perfect addition to our options for your snoozing after the big days at ConFuzzled!

 

We’ve secured a rate with Avant Glamp for some pods! They’re awesome:

🏠 Forest & Overwater Pods*
👥 Double occupancy (no twins or singles available)
🍳 Breakfast included (served in Hilton)
🚗 Parking included (In an NEC Car park that is allocated to Avant Glamp)
💰 £140 per person per night
📅 Early Arrival / Late Departure both available as same-rate options
🔐 The Avant Glamp site is secure-access with regular security patrols.
🍾 You may BYOB without restrictions
🏞  Lots of outdoor spaces, seating etc – available for all attendees!

Each pod has an ensuite bathroom with shower, Mini-Fridge, Pod Coffee Machine, Heating & AC, Porch Area, and free Wi-Fi!

Plus, there’s even an events building which we will be using to expand our events portfolio!

IMPORTANT: Thinking of hosting a party? The maximum number of people that can physically be allowed in a Pod is 10 people and only 4 people on the deck at a time. This is a hard limit due to weight restrictions! Do not sink the Pod!

Beyond breakfast, you should find a QR code in the Pod that lets you order food from the Hilton, from our Convention-Exclusive menu.

*Whilst these Pod types are included in the ConFuzzled block with Avant Glamp, we won’t be able to offer you a choice in which you get – this will be part of any offer you might receive as per the below process.

PROCESS – How to get a Pod

Pods will be allocated as part of our ConFuzzled 2026 Room Lottery.

As with the Crowne, Pods will thus be considered an overflow option that we will offer to attendees entering the lottery who are not successful in securing a Hilton Room Space.

This means a few things,

• You MUST set up a roomshare partner – Pods are not available as single occupancy
• Pod spaces can only be considered for those who select either Double, or Exec-Double during their registration.
• If, following the lottery, you are offered a Pod Space, but do not want it, you may reject that offer.
• Those entering the lottery for a Single-Occupancy room, cannot be considered for a Pod Space.

Note that if you select Exec-Double, and then secure a Pod space, this does not mean you get access to the Exec lounge in the Hilton. That facility only applies to those who do secure an Exec Room in the Hilton itself.

FAQs

I’ve looked on the Avant Glamp website – it says the pods sleep four people

The four person option is not available for this year. Each pod has ONE double-bed. To ensure a comfortable stay, and space for your luggage & belongings, we have opted to avoid the need for deployment of sofa-beds. This may be reviewed in future.

What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in is from 1300 on the arrival day and check-out will be at 1100 on the departure day.

Are these pods available with an accessible option?

No, there is no accessible room option with the Avant Glamp Pods. These are in planning for the future and are not confirmed.

Why is this option available through the Lottery, but the Arden is not?

This is down to how we’ve been able to negotiate the spaces and rates. With the Pods, ConFuzzled is securing the block on your behalf, and, as with Hilton & Crowne, are offering sale of spaces.

Are there more hotel/accommodation options coming?

We’re done for 2026 options but we are always looking for new avenues in the future! We hope this provides more confidence in rooming for ConFuzzled!

Can I choose which type of Pod I am placed in?

No, you’ll be offered a space in one Pod type, or the other. You won’t be able to switch type.

Does ConFuzzled have exclusivity on the Pods?

Yes. We have currently contracted for all pods that are guaranteed to be available in May and we have first refusal on any other that may be installed before then. If more pods are offered to us then we will offer these to individuals on the room waiting list first before opening them for general sale on a first come first serve basis.

Can we have outdoor fires / BBQs?

No. This is strictly prohibited.

Can you tell us more about security provision?

The Avant Glamp site has secure access and has already contracted with the same SIA-accredited company that ConFuzzled used last year. We are working to ensure that the same level of security provided within the hotel will be extended to include the pods.
