We’ve got news to share! Today we’re bringing you further news on our Shuttle Coach service. We’re also sharing some information about convention parking for 2026.

Shuttle Service

Service Expansion

In September, we shared the news that we’ll have a shuttle service between the Hilton, Arden, and Crowne hotels. Initially this was announced as a night service, and we told you we were looking into offering services at other times of day.

We’re now able to advise that there will also be a morning service, which will run through to lunchtime. Plus, we can now share the time-table, which is as follows (The service will run from Friday to Tuesday inclusive)

Accessibility

In our September post, we advised that the Shuttle service would not have wheelchair accessibility.

GOOD NEWS! The service now will have Wheelchair access.

Parking

We have a new parking option!

Airport Parking

We’re adding a new parking option which we feel may be particularly relevant for Day Ticket attendees.

Birmingham Airport Carpark 5, will offer a 50% discount, two ways:

• Option 1: Pre-book a parking slot up to 48 hours in duration, and get 50% off
• Option 2: Get 50% off the standard 24-hour price, no pre-booking required.

(After these durations – the price will return to standard pricing for any additional time parked).

The Airport car park is highly secure, with onsite security, and CCTV. We’ll share the details on how to book this service closer to the convention.

Once parked, you can use the airport transfer shuttle, to get to the airport terminal. Once there, follow the directions to the monorail service to Birmingham International Train Station. Then, follow the walking route through the NEC, and then onward to the Hilton Birmingham Metropole.

Alternatively, transfer first to the airport, then use a private hire or Taxi service to reach the Hilton Birmingham Metropole.
