Dealers Den Payment Timeline


Hi Dealers! We’ve listened to the feedback we’ve received regarding our recent changes to the Dealers’ Den table fees. We understand that because of the price increase some of you may need more time to raise funds for these expenses.

To better accommodate everyone, you will now be able to pay your Dealers’ Den table fees at the end of January. This extension will give you a bit more time to prepare.

All Dealers will know if they have a table or not before they are expected to pay their con registration fees.

Please note that this change only applies to the Dealers’ Den table fees and that your con registration and accommodation fees still need to be paid at the same time as everyone else’s during the regular registration period. The lottery results will be sent out on the 14th of October. The payment deadline for residential attendees is the 4th of November.
