Party Suite Pricing 2025

We wanted to share a change with you regarding party suites, so that you’ll have time to plan in advance. We know this will likely come as unwelcome news, but please read through this announcement in full to understand the details.

FOR 2025, PARTY SUITES WILL BE £630 PER BOOKING

Yeah, we know that’s a huge increase over last year, but let us explain…

Room prices are set by our venue partner (the Hilton), not by ConFuzzled. Hence if prices go up with the Hotel … that’s what they ultimately end up costing you.

We want to make a couple of things abundantly clear:

  1. ConFuzzled don’t make a penny off room charges
  2. We negotiated our butts off on this one (we have been on the case for some time).

Whilst we’re the bearer of the news here, we hope you’ll understand that this is an area in which we are, basically, just the messenger.

For hotel rooms specifically, we simply pass on the rate our venue partner (the hotel) sets. Whilst we do everything we can to get the best possible price secured for you all, in the end the price can sometimes just end up being what it is.

One thing we must ask of you all is to remember that, for the Hilton, this is business. Please don’t complain directly to our venue (and especially not to the front-of-house staff at the convention!) – these negotiations happen in the background, to secure a space for the convention to actually happen – there’s a lot that goes on, and it’s a job we do regularly to maintain the feasibility of ConFuzzled.

Party suites will continue to be available on a lottery basis, meaning not all who apply may be guaranteed a spot. No payment is taken prior to confirmation, and if you are not comfortable with the time or day you have been provided, you do not need to accept and may release the booking for another attendee. Only residential ConFuzzled attendees may apply for a party suite.
