Hilton Residents Information 2026
Check-in/Check-out
Hotel check-in is at 1500hrs onward on the day of your arrival. You do not need to have collected your convention badge to check in.
Check-out time on the last day of your stay will be 11:00am – Extended checkout is £10 per hour, and subject to availability. You must book this with hotel reception no later than the night before.
Luggage Store
The Sussex room is offered as a luggage store on Tuesday 26th May from 11am until 6pm.
Please note luggage is left at your own risk.
Parking

Your Hilton parking rate will be emailed to you. Please note that parking is limited, with no option to pre-book an actual space in advance. It is highly likely that the car park will become full during the convention.
Accessible Parking
Those who secured accessible rooms should have been contacted by our registration team to advise you of your specific parking arrangements.
Your Room
We would like to please remind all attendees to be respectful of the hotel facilities. This includes your room. If a room is left in an unacceptable condition (including damage as well as being left requiring cleaning beyond what would normally be necessary), additional fees may be levied by the hotel, starting at £100. This includes party suites!
The convention strongly advises that all attendees take video/pictures of their rooms, paying specific attention to any signs of damage, wear, or uncleanliness, the moment they enter their room. Any issues should be reported immediately to reception as soon as possible.
If you are charged additional fees for room servicing that you feel are unreasonable, please contact registration@confuzzled.org.uk for support.
Please note that smoking and / or vaping is NOT permitted in your room, nor on any balcony areas
Housekeeping
Planned servicing of guest rooms will take place on the 23rd & 26th May only.
Additional housekeeping requirements can be requested at Front Desk and will be provided between 09:00 – 15:00, excluding Monday 24th May where no housekeeping will take place.
Amenities can be replaced 24 hours a day as required.
Housekeeping will not enter rooms with a Do-Not-Disturb sign displayed. If you are happy not to receive a full room service, and wish to arrange fresh towels only, please contact housekeeping on ext: 6306
Room Service
For the duration of the convention, food and drink ‘delivery’ room service will not be available.
