Check-in/Check-out

Hotel check-in is at 1400hrs onward on the day of your arrival. You do not need to have collected your convention badge to check in.

Check-out time on the last day of your stay will be 11am – Extended checkout is £10 per hour, and subject to availability. If you require this, please book with reception when you check-in.

Parking

You have complimentary parking. Just register your number plate in reception (you do not require a code) and you will not be charged for parking. Please DO NOT register your number plate on the machines in the carpark. These are managed by a third-party and will charge you a fee! Just let the staff know at reception and your car will have validated complimentary parking applied.

Your Room

We would like to please remind all attendees to be respectful of the hotel facilities. This includes your room. If a room is left in an unacceptable condition (including damage as well as being left requiring cleaning beyond what would normally be necessary), additional fees may be levied by the hotel.

The convention strongly advises that all attendees take video/pictures of their rooms, paying specific attention to any signs of damage, wear, or uncleanliness, the moment they enter their room. Any issues should be reported immediately to reception as soon as possible.

If you are charged additional fees for room servicing that you feel are unreasonable, please contact registration@confuzzled.org.uk for support.

Please note that smoking and / or vaping is NOT permitted in your room, nor on any balcony areas

Housekeeping

Linen will be changed every three days. Note that housekeeping will not enter rooms with a Do-Not-Disturb sign displayed.
