PAYMENT NOTE: This year the Hilton facilities are accepting only card, and room-charging options only. No cash. Other locations, and street food may accept cash – please ask before ordering.

Dietary & Allergy Needs

For those with special dietary requirements or allergies who may wish to know about the ingredients used, please ask a member of the hotel team. All food is prepared in an area where allergens are present.

If you cannot see something on the menu that would be suitable for you, please ask a member of staff, as the kitchen may be able to prepare a meal to accommodate your dietary needs.

Let’s talk breakfast!

Hilton

If you’re a Hilton resident, Breakfast operates 0700-1100.

You’ll find the first hour (7-8) quietest, then 8-9 moderate, and peak time 9-11.

For those with the Executive Room upgrade, you’ll have access to the executive lounge which serves food at certain times of the day, all included in your package. The lounge is typically open 0700-2200, with breakfast at 0700-1000, and evening food 1800-2000

Only those with the executive lounge access may enter, and all complimentary food and drink must be consumed inside the lounge. Fursuits & Tails are not to be worn in the executive lounge.

Crowne Plaza

Breakfast times are:

• Fri: 6-10am
• Sat to Mon: 7-11am
• Tue: 6-10am

Avant Glamp

You’ll get a complimentary breakfast at the Hilton – please use the Hilton Breakfast room, following the above details.

Arden

Please confirm your breakfast with the hotel when you check-in, and ask for details on where to go for access and times.

Hilton ‘Gild’ (Main) Bar Food

The main Hilton Gild Bar operates a food menu during the convention, starting midday on the Thursday.

To order, please find a table first, and note your table number. Then, locate one of the food order points – a member of staff will take your order and payment.

Note that during busy periods there may be increased wait times for your food.

You can also order food to take away, collection for this will be in the Cosy Corner of the Gild Bar.

The Hilton Brightsmith Bar will also be serving the same promotional ConFuzzled food menu as the Gild between 13:00 – 22:00 with outside seating available depending on the weather.

Street Food

Immediately outside the Hilton, you’ll find the Street Food trucks. This year, we’ve got the following lineup,

• Thursday 1700-2100: Street Souvlaki-Greek BBQ, Nayia’s Nuggies-Chicken nuggets & loaded fries
• Friday 1200-2100: Victoria Creperie-Desserts, Fat Snags-Hot dogs, Street Souvlaki, Nayia’s Nuggies, Canoodle
• Saturday 1200-2100: Fat Snags, Street Souvlaki, Nuggies, Canoodle, Victoria Desserts
• Sunday 1200-2100: Fat Snags, Habaneros-Mexican, Meatshack-Burgers, Nuggies, Victoria Creperie
• Monday 1200-2100: Habaneros, Street Souvlaki, Meatshack, Phata-phat-Indian, Victoria Desserts

Hilton Sugar Waves Coffee Shop

Just inside the main entrance of the Hilton, you’ll find the Sugar Waves Coffee Shop, for snacks, cakes, tea, coffee, and shakes!

Resorts World

Ordering/Bringing your own?

No food purchased off-site may be consumed in public spaces or function rooms; it is only permitted to take directly to your bedrooms. Food deliveries must be collected from the barriers at the car park (Hilton), or from the main entrance (Crowne)

Room Service

The Hilton will not be operating a room service food option during the convention.

The Crowne Plaza will be operating room service with a fee of £3.50

Drinks!

Please drink responsibly.

The main Gild Bar serves a variety of drinks and refreshments, with 24-hour service, however please note that after 03:00, all drinks must be charged to a room. Room accounts can be set up at the reception. For non-residents, service is available 11:00-02:00

The hotel Cocktail Bar – Brightsmith, is located at the end of the corridor past the Arbor restaurant, and will be open 1300-2200 daily. We would ask that you return any pitcher-jugs once they are empty.

Cocktails can also be purchased in the Gild Bar when Brightsmith is closed, but normal wait times apply.

Crowne Plaza Bar: Open until 11pm for non residents, After 11pm, room charge only.

Bar open for residents 24hrs a day. Please note that after 11pm the bar is served by the night team.

Lobby / Car Park Bar

Serving a selection of 3 / 4 cocktails, and other alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. Weather dependent it may move into the Lobby or the VIP Car Park.

Ice

There are no ice machines on the hotel room floors. If you require bags/buckets of Ice, these can be requested from the Gild bar, subject to availability.
