Parking – Hilton
The Hilton has 600 on-site parking spaces available for attendees. Our agreed rate affords you parking options as follows:
- Residents: £10 for duration of event (20th – 29th May) – Please advise reception of your registration number
- Non-Residents: £10 per-entry, during the period of 22nd – 28th May.
Guests visiting the hotel must register their car details by visiting bhmparking.co.uk and using the ‘Pre Pay Parking’ button. The parking code will be sent to all attendees as part of the ConFuzzled Essential Info email sent shortly before the convention. Please note pre booking parking does not reserve a space – parking will still be subject to availability.
Alternatively, if you are not resident, you can pay at the machine next to Concierge in the main Reception. Any Hilton residents should advise Reception of their car registration at any time during their stay prior to departure.
Parking – Crowne, and Arden Hotels
For residents at the Crowne Plaza or Arden Hotels, onsite parking is available. Details of your arrangements will be sent to you shortly before the convention, but is usually included in your stay (This may not be guaranteed, and spaces are finite and subject to availability).
Parking – Airport Option
New for 2026, we have an arrangement with Birmingham Airport at their ‘Car Park 5’
Birmingham Airport Carpark 5, will offer a 50% discount, two ways:
- Option 1: Pre-book a parking slot up to 48 hours in duration, and get 50% off
- Option 2: Get 50% off the standard 24-hour price, no pre-booking required.
(After these durations – the price will return to standard pricing for any additional time parked).
The Airport car park is highly secure, with onsite security, and CCTV. We’ll share the details on how to book this service closer to the convention.
Once parked, you can use the airport transfer shuttle, to get to the airport terminal. Once there, follow the directions to the monorail service to Birmingham International Train Station. Then, follow the walking route through the NEC, and then onward to the Hilton Birmingham Metropole.
Alternatively, transfer first to the airport, then use a private hire or Taxi service to reach the Hilton Birmingham Metropole.

The closest train station is Birmingham International (BHI), which is a 10 minute walk from the hotel through the NEC (see below). You can plan and book your journey in advance at National Rail Enquiries.
