Check-in/Check-out

Hotel check-in is at 1400hrs onward on the day of your arrival. You do not need to have collected your convention badge to check in.

You’ll soon receive an email from Avant Glamp, which will contain,

• Your Pod Number, and the PIN code to a key safe attached to your Pod, outside the door. This email will also include a PIN code to the gate into the Avant Glamp woodland grounds
• Details of a reception building, staffed during the day, and also WhatsApp contact information. You can use either reception or the contact info to get assistance.

Check-out time on the last day of your stay will be 11AM – Extended checkout is £10 for one extra hour, and subject to availability. Please be sure to book this with reception/WhatsApp

NOTE: To check-out, just return your key to the key-safe, and depart prior to the check-out time.

Parking

Please also see the 2026 Car Park Page

We advise that you park in the Hilton Car Park. You’ll pay the same rate as Hilton Residential attendees.

In the event that there are no spaces available, we recommend utilising overflow options such as the NEC Car Park, or Airport car park.

Your Pod

We would like to please remind all attendees to be respectful of the hotel facilities. This includes your room. If a room is left in an unacceptable condition (including damage as well as being left requiring cleaning beyond what would normally be necessary), additional fees may be levied by the hotel. This includes party suites!

The convention strongly advises that all attendees take video/pictures of their rooms, paying specific attention to any signs of damage, wear, or uncleanliness, the moment they enter their room. Any issues should be reported immediately to reception as soon as possible.

If you are charged additional fees for room servicing that you feel are unreasonable, please contact registration@confuzzled.org.uk for support.

Please note that smoking and / or vaping is NOT permitted in your room.

Housekeeping

Housekeeping will replenish tea, coffee, water, and towels every day between 1100 and 1500. Bed linen will be changed on Saturday for those who check in on the 21st, and on the Sunday for those who check in on the 22nd.

Housekeeping will not enter pods with the Do-not-Disturb sign displayed.
