Running an Event?

If you are running an event, meet the Events crew at Con Ops 15-20 minutes before your event and the team will help you get up and running. If your event takes place on Second or Third Stage, meet 30 minutes before the event start. If an events member is not at Con Ops, let someone at Con Ops know and we will come to you! If it is a Main Stage event, do not go to Con Ops, head straight to Main Stage at least 45 minutes before your event is set to begin.

Opening Ceremony

The opening ceremony will be held on Friday, 7PM, in the Main Stage (Kings) room. If the room becomes full, the Second Stage (Queens) room will have a live stream on the big screens.

Dealers Den

The Dealers Den opening times can be found in our schedule. The Den is extremely popular and you may need to queue for extended periods to gain access – especially early on in the convention. Please plan ahead.

Please note that fursuits, including partials, are not allowed to be worn in the Dealers’ Den
