Simplified Dress Code

We know you’ll have questions about what is allowed at Animalz@ConFuzzled, whether you’ve been to Animalz before, or not – or, you might simply be curious about what’s allowed at this event.

IMPORTANT: The below is a set of examples of what is permitted. It is not the full Code of Conduct for Animalz@ConFuzzled, which you can find HERE.

Before we get into it – please note that, unless otherwise highlighted below with an ‘*’ asterisk against the item, that YOU MUST NOT wear the attire in the public areas of the hotel – this means you’ll have to change into the gear AFTER you arrive (changing facilities and a cloakroom will be provided). It also means that you’ll have to change out of the gear (or cover up with regular clothes) before leaving the nightclub room, even to go to the toilet!

Examples

  • Latex – everything from simple rubber catsuits to full rubber animal suits
    • But nothing with genital ‘sheaths’ (i.e. a penis sheath)
    • DO NOT use talc as a dressing aid. Instead, use silicone – this is to reduce allergen risks.
  • Neoprene** – custom or wetsuit
  • Spandex – including petsuits*
  • Leather Gear**
  • Pup Hoods – either latex, neoprene or leather
  • Harnesses – including harness types that normally would not be permitted in the public areas of the hotel, such as bondage harnesses with D-rings etc.
  • Underwear & Lingerie – For everyone, your genitals, butt & nipples must be completely covered. You can wear as little as you like but that rule about genital, butt & nipple covering is a ‘bare’ minimum!
  • Fursuits with accessories that normally would not be permitted in the public areas of the hotel (bondage harnesses, etc)

**Denotes an item that you can wear in the public areas of the hotel – with restrictions. For example, wetsuits may be worn as part of a partial fursuit (we do have a water theme this year after all!)

If in doubt, please remember that genitals and nipples must be covered, and that ‘insertable’ tails must not be worn. And .. please, do remember that you must NOT go barefoot. That means more than just wearing socks – you have to have some sort of footwear.

Final point. We reserve the right to reject your outfit for any reason.
