Dealers’ Den Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 30/07/2024
By registering as a Dealer or Dealer’s Assistant, you agree to abide by all applicable rules, terms, and policies set forth by both the Dealers’ Den Team and ConFuzzled UK Ltd. (“the Convention”). These terms supplement, and do not override or replace, the Convention’s main Terms & Conditions and Code of Conduct, which remain fully applicable. You are responsible for familiarising yourself with these documents, available at:

Dealers’ Registration
- Dealer registrations operate on a curated basis, where each application will be reviewed and all successful applicants will be offered the table of their choosing or an available alternative. The current details of curation criteria can be viewed here.
- In case of demand exceeding the table supply in Den, Dealers’ Den will organise a lottery to allocate tables to Dealers. Emails with lottery results will be sent shortly after the Dealers’ Den runs the lottery
- If Dealers want to share tables, both parties must register and provide each other’s badge number in their registration.
- When a Dealer is successful with their Den application, their requested Dealers’ space is reserved, and will only be confirmed upon receipt of full payment for said Dealers’ space. Dealers’ space includes, but is not limited to table(s), Stalls, and Booths.
- The final payment deadline is a month after receiving an email with confirmation that you have been successfully allocated a space from our Den team.
- Failure to pay by this deadline will mark your Dealers registration as overdue and any reserved space may be repossessed.
- If there are no tables left, a Dealer may be placed on a waiting list.
- If more tables become available, they will be offered in order according to the waiting list.
- Dealers’ registered Fursona and Trade Name may be listed on the Dealers’ Den Map, Dealers’ List and Conbook, unless expressly requested otherwise.
- The Convention reserves the right to refuse anyone Dealers space for any reason.
- The Convention reserves the right to prohibit the sale of any products or item(s) that are deemed inappropriate, illegal, unsafe or a risk to health, or in breach of these terms and conditions.
- ConFuzzled list of Prohibited Items can be found here.
- The Convention reserves the right to close down a Dealer’s space and/or to request actions that the Dealer must comply with. This could include but is not limited to being required to take down installations and temporary displays if they are deemed unsafe, for copyright issues or for being in breach of our terms and conditions or conditions of sale.. This will not entitle you to a refund or compensation.
- The Convention does not accept liability for any loss, theft, or damage to Dealers’ property. Dealers maintain sole responsibility and liability to monitor, manage and secure their valuables and stock at all times — any Dealers’ unsupervised property is left in Den at Dealers’ own risk.
- Dealers are responsible for ensuring that their registration information is accurate and up to date, as these details are published in the Conbook and on the ConFuzzled Website. If a dealer makes an amendment they must contact the Convention by emailing dealersden@confuzzled.org.uk.
- Dealers are not permitted to resell their Dealers’ space.
- Dealers can cancel their Dealers’ space registration by following the steps dictated in the Dealers’ Den Cancellation and Refund Policy.
- To mitigate potential losses or damage, Dealers are solely responsible for obtaining appropriate insurance to cover themselves, their goods (including against fire), and public liability. Dealers will be required to confirm their awareness and acceptance of this responsibility during the table registration process.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Dealers are entitled to cancel their Dealers registration with a full refund, within 14 days of their full payment for Dealers registration being received by ConFuzzled UK Ltd.
- If a Dealer wishes to cancel after the 14-day period, they will not be eligible for a full refund, unless there are exceptional circumstances which will be at the discretion of the Directors of ConFuzzled UK Ltd.
Requests for refunds should be submitted by email to dealersden@confuzzled.org.uk - Neither ConFuzzled UK LTD or our partner venues will be responsible for circumstances beyond reasonable control (including, but not limited to, acts of God, governmental authority, acts of war, or acts of terrorism) that make it illegal or impossible to hold the event.
