As the Dealers’ Den has grown bigger and bigger, some Dealers have expressed they would like to sell for just one or two-time slot(s). Therefore for 2024, we have designated space within the Dealers’ Den for Pop-Up Shops.

Visiting the Pop-Up Shops

The Pop-Up Shops within the Dealers’ Den will be open to all fully paid attendees.

When will the Pop-Up Shop Open for Applications?

The Pop-Up Shop will open for applications at 7PM, Friday 26th January. Any applications submitted before this time will not be accepted.

Please be aware that these fees are considered a non-refundable charity donation and will be passed onto the ConFuzzled Charity of Choice.

Selling via a Pop-Up Shop

Who is the Pop-Up Shop for?

A Pop-Up Shop is for Dealers, aspiring to experience, selling their products in the Dealers’ Den. 

You can test the waters by selling your products without having to commit to a full con’s worth of Dealers’ Space, or if you’re a veteran who is only attending for a day or two, you can still have the opportunity to sell at ConFuzzled.

What can I expect?

When you apply, you have an opportunity to select up to two-time slots. Depending on availability you will be allocated a 4ft table Dealers’ space for your purchased time slot(s), but if a slot is unavailable you will be offered an alternative time slot.

You will also have 15 minutes to set up before and after your time slot.

There will be two Pop-Up Shop sessions per day.

WiFi is provided and electrical sockets will be available. However, any electronic devices you plan to use in the Pop-Up Shop will need to be PAT tested in advance by Con Ops.

Note that as a Dealer in the Pop-Up Shop, you will be subject to the same Terms and Conditions and list of Prohibited Items in the Dealers’ Den

What if I want to sell for the whole day?

If you purchase both time slots on the same day you will be termed as a single-day Dealer. This means you will be able to Deal from the start of the first time slot until the end of the final time slot.

How to get a place in the Pop-Up Shop?

You can register your interest in the Pop-Up- Shop in two ways:

  1. Pre-Con: Send an email to dealersden@confuzzled.org.uk containing your:
    • Legal Name,
    • Badge Number,
    • Telegram OR Twitter,
    • Preferred time slot(s) OR day,
    • Back-up time slot(s) OR day,
    • Product Descriptions.
  2. During Con: Time – Visit us at the ConFuzzled Dealers’ Den table during operational hours the day before you wish to have a slot.

If there is a high demand you will be placed on a waiting list and will be contacted to let you know if a time slot has become available. If you do not respond within 1 hour of the message being sent, your position on the waiting may be deferred.

Make sure to turn up 30 minutes, before your time slot(s) for us to process your payment at the ConFuzzled Dealers’ Den Table.

  • Payments can also be made before the con using a Zettle Payment Link which can be sent at the request of the Pop-Up Shop.

If you are unable to attend your time slot(s) please inform us 2 hours before your upcoming timeslot as it may be given away and you may forfeit any other time slot.

Please know that to be a successful applicant for a Pop-Up Shop you must be a fully paid attendee of ConFuzzled.


The registration deadline will be on the 12th of May 2024 at 23:00 GMT. Alternatively, as mentioned above, you can come to us the day before and say you want a slot!
